Shipping policy

Nothing is shipped. G.K. Lee Photography sells creative services, and everything is delivered digitally — so there are no shipping charges, no carriers, and no delivery addresses to enter.

How your photos and video reach you

Finished work is delivered through a private online gallery. You will receive a link by email when your gallery is ready, and from there you can view, download, and share your images. Video is delivered as downloadable files or through the same gallery, depending on the project.

Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by package, project scope, season, and workload, and the timeline for your booking is confirmed with you before or during your consultation. If you have a hard deadline — a program, an announcement, a graduation date — tell the studio before your session so it can be planned for. Deadlines raised after a session cannot always be met.

Rush editing is available as an add-on where the schedule permits, with 24-hour and 48-hour options.

Payment before delivery

Final images and video are released once all amounts owed for the booking have been paid in full. Checkout collects your retainer; the remaining balance is due on or before your session date.

Prints and physical products

Prints are not currently sold through this site. If a physical product is ever offered, this policy will be updated with its shipping terms before it goes on sale.
